Chapter 2

I had just figured that Jaz just hadn't had the bottle to sneak out to the party last night, but when I got a call at seven a.m from Mum saying that Jasmine was missing and that her bed hadn't been slept in all night, I panicked. I myself woke up in some guy's bedroom, and quietly I hoped that the same had just happened to her, but deep down I knew that this was something more serious. I must ring her about forty times before I finally give up, the phone going straight to voicemail each time, implying that her phone was either switched off or lying in the ground somewhere with her…yeah Ginny let's not go there. I then proceed to my distraught parents’ house, ringing all of the friends and connections that Jaz had ever had, each one being unsuccessful. Mum rang the police and they are coming round to ask some questions soon. Mum is violently crying, Dad keeps on hitting things and I am just numb. I absolutely hate my sister to the bone but that doesn't mean that I don't care. Even though she has only been gone a matter of hours, the worst is already factoring in my mind. Who will I have to hate if she's gone?
