Chapter 7

I was scared. It started to vanish. I looked at Kayee. She looked at me. I turned back to the mirror and It was gone.

“Did you see that?!” I asked kaylee. She shook her head yes looking scared. “Kaylee this is what I’m talking about.” I started to explain to her what happened to my a couple of minutes ago.

She told me she believed me. After that I called my mom to say sorry & see if she was okay. She excepted my sorry. I told her I was gunna stay at Kaylee’s for the night. She told me okay.

With that we both hung up. Kaylee’s mom had just got home. It was now 4:00 pm. “Hey Kaylee” She yelled from the kitchen.

“Hey mom” we both said. I call her mom. I’ve known Kaylee since I was in 1st grade.Kaylee’s mom, Ms.Bryan walked in looking confused.

“Oh! Sydney is here.” She said laughing. “Yeah I’m staying over. If you don’t mind” I say smiling. “Of course, anytime honey!” Ms.Bryan walked out after that.

She started cooking dinner becuase I could hear the pans and cabinents closing. Anyways, I told Kaylee I was gunna take a nap. And to wake me up when dinner is done.

“Okay, but be carefull” She said looking serious. At first I was confused. But I caught on. After that I lay down and fall asleep.

∆ Dream ∆

“Hello?” I say walking around not knowing where I’m going. I was in a neighborhood. I’ve never seen before. It was dark.

No street lights. The only light was coming from people’s house.It was weird. Because It seemed like it was only 8, but there was no sign of  cars or people.

“Where am I?” I said to myself. I go to a house. I knock.. Nothing. I knock once more. Still nothing.

I was about to turn and leave but the door just opened.

“Oh, hi Whe-” I stopped myself. Because no one came out. I pushed the door open walked in slowly.

“Hello? Anyone here?” I say. My voice echos.I got the chills. I feel weird. I feel like I’m not alone.

I was gunna leave but the door shut and wouldn’t open. “Why do I have bad luck with doors?” I say outloud.

“Hello? If this is s joke tell me?”

( pausing the dream back to “real life”)

Kaylee’s Pov

I see Sydney getting up. Walking around the house. Doing nothing but walking. “Sydney?” I say confused. She’s standing right in front of me with her back turned on me.

She then turned around. She had  black big eyes with a bloody mouth saying “Sydney’s not here” She then stabbed herself. I screamed. I watched Sydney fall I called  my mom for help.

( Back to dream )

I see a little girl. I walk up to her and ask her where I am. She doesn’t me. I sat next to her. When I sat down she slowly turned her heard towards me.

She then said “Welcome to hell” And stabbed me.

∆DREAM OVER∆

Syndey’s Pov

I woke up in the hospital. I had something wrapped around my stomach with blood on it. I couldn’t tell what it was because I was half asleep.

I saw my mom, Itally & her mom. I guess I had a couple other friends and family outside because righe before I opened my eyes I heard the nurse tell people to leave.

I look over to my bestfriend crying. I felt bad. I didn’t remember what happened, but I hated seeing the people I loved the most cry.

I looked to my mom, being strong for me. Not crying. I then look at Kaylee’s mom, She was comforting Kaylee. My mom looked up at me.

“Oh hey. How are you doing?” She started walking towards me. I told her that I was fine. And I asked what happened. Kaylee stopped crying  and told me.

I was shocked. I didn’t feel a thing when It happened. I still don’t remember what happened. All I know is what Kaylee told me. It sounded scary.

My Mom asked Kaylee & her mom to leave to talk to me. Kaylee and her mom then said yes and left..

“So I see what you’ve been telling me is real? I’m sorry I didn’t belive you i was just scared. I-” I cut her off.

“Mom it’s fine. I wouldn’t believe you either if it happened to you.” She smiled a hugged me. The doctor walked in and said company hours are up.

Only my mom could stay with me. Kaylee & her mom came and said their goodbyes. So did my friends Andrew, Kayla&’ Sarah.

My moms friends came & my cousins and aunt and uncle. They all said there good byes. Gave me cards and “get well soon” balloons.
