Chapter 32

“She was very upset as each and everyday John would come and threaten her to take the bungalow she was staying but she doesn’t want to sale it. The design was how her mother dreamt of so she was very attached to the bungalow”

“Ya I know this things were written in the diary but why she committed suicide. How much I came to know about her she was a strong lady then what make her to take this drastic step” I asked.

“The day when she committed suicide just before that she called me crying” He wiped his tears. “She told that she is no more that girl what I deserve. She told I can get anyone better than her. I was shocked as I know she loves me more than anything else then why she is saying this but before I could ask her what’s the matter she disconnected my call. I tried many times to know what is going on but she didn’t received my call and when I reached her bungalow I saw that she has co-comm-mmitted sui-suicide” He replied and wiped his tears.

“I’m so sorry I didn’t want you to remember all this again but it was very important for me to know the truth as fast as possible. Thank you for telling me whatever you knew. Now we want to take leave, you take care” I replied and stand up. “By the way can I have one picture of Jennet, if you don’t mind?” I asked as I don’t have any picture of her with me.

“Okay sure. Wait” He went and took out one photo frame of her and handed me.

“Thank you”

I dropped Dennis in front of his Bungalow and went to home. I went to my room kept the Jennet’s photo frame in my corner table. I took out the diary and sat in the bed to read further to see whether there is anything about the suicide or not.

“Dear diary, I gave complain to the senior inspector Mr. Carter the next day but till now there is no action that have been taken against him. It was really unexpected.” I turned the page..

“Dear diary, today he was again in my office. His behavior was now changed but not to good to worst to that limits which I have never thought of. I complained still he was so unaffected as if he has convinced the inspector also to his side. It’s ridiculous” I went on reading without realizing that it’s too late. I saw the time its about to 3 am. I kept the diary in the drawer and went to washroom. When I was in the washroom I heard someone taking my name so I went outside and saw there was no one. The photo frame of Jennet was lying in my bed, I went closer to keep it in the table and I saw her eyes were blinking, she was smiling. I came back and as soon I could think of something I saw that she was coming out of the frame. I couldn’t shout my voice was low as I was shivering. She was coming towards me. Step by step she was close to me and in a second I was blank.

“Now how will you ignore me John? You have to confront all your truth in front of your daughter. Everything related to me, your wife, Carter, everything. Why I committed suicide, what happened to your wife and Carter, everything and then i’ll take my revenge. Your time has come”
