Real Estate Is Hard Enough When The Property Isn’t Haunted

Recently I’ve been tasked with a particularly daunting task. From the title of this post, I’m pretty sure you can guess what it is and my profession. Usually, I’d get stuck trying to do my best to pass off the lower-end properties. The upper agents at my office tour houses in higher-end neighborhoods. Meanwhile, I get stuck with small apartments or trailers that used to be meth labs or the scenes of domestic abuse.
