Chapter 105
The lights were blinding. Flashes of neon blue, red, and violet cut through the darkness, painting the entire club in chaos. The music pounded through the air, bass vibrating through the floor, through the walls, through every heartbeat.
People moved everywhere. People dancing. Laughing. Losing themselves.
And then, The door opened. A man stepped inside. The shift was immediate. Heads turned. Conversations paused. Even through the flashing lights and smoke, his presence cut through everything.
He walked in with an aura that didn’t belong to the place, calm, controlled… dangerous. Every girl in the room looked at him. Not just looked, stared.
Even with a mask covering his face, his sharp features, his posture, the way he carried himself, it was enough.
He was dressed in a perfectly fitted suit, every step measured, effortless. It was none other than Kim Seokjin.
A girl in a short, revealing red dress stepped forward, blocking his path. She tilted her head slightly, putting on an innocent smile as she extended her hand toward him. The other hand holding the beer.
“Mister handsome… wanna dance?” she asked sweetly, winking at last. Jin stopped. Slowly, he turned his gaze toward her.
His eyes met her, cold. Unreadable. He leaned closer. Too close. It made her heart jump littellly. He leaned and whispered something.
“You’re not even this close to my type… little,” he said calmly. And just like that, her smile dropped.
He straightened up immediately, adjusting his suit as if nothing had happened, and walked past her without another glance.
The girl stood frozen. Humiliated. Jin didn’t care.
He walked straight to the counter. A man was already sitting there. He was also wearing a mask. Jin took the seat beside him.
Without even turning his head, he spoke in a low, warning tone, “Don’t you fucking dare take a sip of that drink. Then you’re gone for sure, Yoongs.”
The man beside him scoffed lightly. It was none other than Kim Yoongi.
“How will I even drink with this mask, huh? And having the KIM SEOKJIN near me huh?” Yoongi replied, not looking at Jin either.
Jin didn’t respond. Silence. Only the loud music filled the space between them. Then, “Hope, you in?” Jin asked, his voice low.
A small earpiece was fixed in his ear. Yoongi was wearing one too. A faint crackle from the earpiece. Then Hoseok’s voice came through.
“Hyung, already found him. Joonie is speaking with him. Upstairs… 1952.” Jin’s eyes darkened slightly. He finally turned his head and looked at Yoongi. A silent signal. Yoongi understood. Jin stood up. Without a word, he started walking.
Yoongi stayed seated for a second longer. His gaze shifted toward the counter..A waiter was pouring alcohol into glasses, serving people around. Yoongi casually reached out. Took a glass of beer.
As if he was just another man in the club. He stood at a spot, away from the cameras , lowered his mask and gulped the shot. “Ahhh it’s soo good!” Yoongi mumbled. Then he followed Jin, completely nonchalant.
Jin entered first. Yoongi followed, unhurried, hands in his pockets. A girl stepped into his path before he could reach the door, tilting her head with a practiced smile as she extended a glass of fine wine toward him.
“Oh, my love. Wanna come? 1767 room!.”
Yoongi looked at her, just looked, the way he always did, like he was reading something no one else could see, then leaned in slightly smirking nehind the mask. “Tomorrow, babygirl.” He winked.
She turned scarlet. He chuckled and walked past her into the room. The atmosphere inside was different. Quieter than it had any right to be. Once he entered he closed the door.
Jin sat on the couch with his legs crossed, one arm resting along the back, the kind of stillness that wasn’t peace , jt was control. Hoseok was beside him, radiating the same energy, the same carefully constructed calm.
Namjoon stood nearby, one foot pressed down onto Michael’s hand where he knelt on the floor.
Michael Jordan of Black Swan.
Yoongi sighed, pulled off his mask. He picked up the glass from the table, considered it for a moment, and smashed it across Michael’s head without ceremony.
“AHHHHHH please, please” Michael screamed in pain.
“Hyung.” Yoongi turned back to Jin with an almost wounded expression. “How is Black Swan this powerful when people like him exist? He’s already screaming and we haven’t even started. We had so many plans.” He sounded genuinely disappointed.
Jin chuckled, low, quiet. He uncrossed his legs, nodded once toward Hoseok, and Hoseok was already moving.
He crouched in front of Michael, tilting his head like he was studying something mildly interesting.
“My boy.” His voice was warm. Almost fond. “Look how cute you are. A cute little Italian baby.” He paused. “Twenty-seven, right?” Michael said nothing. He glared. He regretted it immediately.
The punch was clean and full-force, snapping his head sideways. Blood poured from his nose before he could process the pain. “AHHHHHH” Michael screamed.
“I hate it when people don’t answer me, Mike baby,” Hoseok said pleasantly, shaking out his hand. Michael coughed, chest heaving. “Twenty-seven. Right? A beat. Then Michael nodded. “Yes,” he rasped. “I am.”
“Good boy.” Hoseok smiled. “Same age as me. So I’m hoping we can have a very good conversation…..” He paused, the smile faded, “…. Only if you cooperate it’ll be good!” He said dangerously cold.
He straightened. “Tell me where the container is.” “I really don’t know—- ahhh” he screamed in pain when Namjoon pressed harder. “Don’t lie, Jordan,” Namjoon said quietly.
“I really don’t know AHHHHHHHH——” Michael screamed in top of his lungs. The sound of gunshot was sharp in the enclosed space. And also Michael’s scream was sharper. Painful.
The bullet had gone clean through the center of his palm. A perfect by RJ. He stared at it like he couldn’t understand what he was seeing, then the realisation finally caught up with him and he collapsed forward, sobbing loudly.
“Two minutes,” Jin said from the couch. He hadn’t moved. The gun rested loosely in his hand, already aimed between Michael’s legs. “Everything. Or I’ll make sure your future is significantly less eventful.”
“I really don’t—-” Michael started but jin cutt off him. “One minute.” “Please, I—-” “Thirty seconds.” Jin demanded “Please—–” Michael’s voice cracked.
Jin moved the gun closer. Deliberate. Unhurried. “Fifteen.” “No, no no no, I’ll tell, I’ll tell!”
Jin waited. Michael broke.
“It’s in Jeju,” he gasped, words spilling out of him now. “With the Shadows. Their base. Your father, Kim, he made an agreement with them. They work together. Have been working for a while.”
“This fucking Shadow,” Hoseok muttered.
Jin’s expression didn’t change. “The spy.” He questioned calmly. Michael hesitated a half-second too long. “I don’t know. I swear, I only know that Jungkook was supposed to be the spy, but Kim cancelled it last minute. Then he said he wanted me, then he said no. He appointed someone himself. Only he knows. No one else.”
The room went still in a different way than before. Jin was quiet for a long moment. Then he stood, handed the gun to Namjoon without looking at him, and said simply, “Finish him. Clean everything up.”
He said and took steps to leave. But he stopped at mid. He heard Michael speak.
“You should not trust your brother… You should not trust Jungkook!” Michael screamed, his voice echoing through the room. Jin stopped. Slowly, he turned back.
His eyes darkened. “What the fuck are you saying?” Jin asked, his voice dangerously low as he stared at him.
Michael started laughing. Loud. Unstable. Namjoon immediately raised the gun, pressing it against Michael’s head. “So eager to die, huh?” Namjoon said coldly. Michael only chuckled.
“Your own family betrayed you, Seokjin,” he said, his voice firm despite the pain. “Your brother…. your father…. Haein…. your uncle…” He paused. A twisted smile forming on his lips. “Everyone.”
Silence filled the room. Then he spoke further. “Especially Jungkook.”
Jin’s expression hardened instantly. The air shifted. Heavy. Dangerous. He gestured Namjoon to step aside. Namjoon hesitated for a second… then moved back slightly.
Yoongi’s eyes narrowed. “What the fuck are you saying?” he asked, his voice cold, controlled, but laced with warning. Michael’s eyes locked onto Jin.
“Your brother…” he said slowly, each word deliberate, cutting through the silence, “is a fucking killer.”
The words hung in the air. Sharp. Unavoidable. Jin’s gaze burned. He walked toward him. Furiously. Until he stood right in front of him.
“What the fuck are you saying?” Jin repeated, this time grabbing Michael by his collar and yanking him up harshly. Michael laughed. Loud. Mocking. Almost hysterical.
The sound echoed in the room. Jin’s patience snapped. His fist slammed into Michael. “What the fuck are you saying?” Jin screamed. “I siad your fucking brother is a fucking killer. A FUCKING KILLER” Michael screamed. Jin stood there frozen.

Meanwhile, with Jungkook
Night had fallen. The library was dim now, lit only by soft yellow lights. Most of the students had already left. The once-busy space had turned quiet… almost too quiet.
Jungkook was still there. In the same corner. In the same position. Stll trying.
Chaeyoung was still there too, focused on her work. But every now and then, her eyes would drift toward Jungkook, especially when he hissed softly in pain.
At some point, she had brought him two banana milks. He had accepted them without saying much.
Hours passed. Hours of attempts to hack. Then, “Ahhh… finally!” Jungkook exhaled loudly, his voice filled with relief. His shoulders dropped.
After countless attempts, he had finally hacked into the info box. He took a deep breath. His fingers hovered over the keyboard for a second… before he opened the files.
Search: Lee Suho.
Multiple files appeared. Jungkook clicked on the main profile. Information filled the screen. Basic details..Birth records. Family. His eyes moved quickly, then stopped.
“Youngmi…” Jungkook whispered under his breath. The name, it was Suho’s mother. A photo was attached beside it. Jungkook leaned closer. His eyes widened slightly.
It was the same woman. The one he had seen in the photos earlier that morning.
His heartbeat quickened. He scrolled down. Past missions. Records. Associations. Then…. Photos.
Jungkook froze. His hyungs. Not Jimin and Taehyung, but the other four. Group photos. Standing together. Working together. With Suho.
“So… hyungs worked in the mafia as well…?” Jungkook murmured, his voice barely audible. His anxiety he slowly. “They knew Suho hyung from that…?”
Fragments of earlier conversations echoed in his mind.
“Who gave you that?”
“Suho hyung. He’s someone I met years ago.”
Jungkook’s brows furrowed. “But… they…. they didn’t know him… right?” he whispered.
His hands began to tremble. He opened another file. Another photo appeared.
Suho, with a bandage around his head. Jin, with a bandage on his hand. Just the two of them. Standing close. Smiling even in pain.
Jungkook’s eyes slowly dropped to something else in the photo. His breath hitched. His eyes widened. The necklace. Both of them were wearing the same one. They both were wearing the same one which he was wearing.
Jungkook raised his trembled injured hand and held the chain around his own neck.
The same. Exactly the same.
A voice echoed in his mind, cold. Haunting.
“You betrayed your hyung, Kook… They will kick you out if they find out you are a killer.”
“No… no, it can’t be…” Jungkook whispered, shaking his head slightly. His hands trembled uncontrollably as he kept reading.
Then, another line caught his eyes. “Suho left to New Zealand in 2021.” Jungkook frowned. He didn’t got to new zealand. He came to Italy.
He remembered something which made his body go chill. Eyes to tear up. Hand sto tremble more.
Mission: Find Suho.
Find. Suho.
So…. His hyungs were trying to find someone who was dead. They didn’t know suho was dead. They were trying to find a dead body.
The realization hit him hard. Too hard.
“They’re… searching for Suho hungie…?” Jungkook whispered, his voice breaking. His breathing became uneven.
Without wasting another second, he grabbed his phone and dialed Hyunwoo. It rand, No answer. He called again. And again. Still nothing.
Frustration. Panic. Fear. All crashing at once.
“it can’t be…. They should not be searching for hyung… No no no……” Jungkook mumbled.
He quickly grabbed his keys and rushed out of the library. “Yahh, Jungkook-ah!” Chaeyoung called out standing.
But he was already gone. She stood there for a moment, confused. “Where is he going in such a hurry…? He left his things here…” she mumbled softly.
Then, with a small sigh she returned to her work.
Meanwhile, Jungkook sped through the empty roads on his bike. The cold wind hit his face sharply, but he didn’t slow down. His mind was louder than everything else.
There is no way…
There is no way that hyung and Suho hyung know each other…
It’s not true…
They’re not trying to find him… they are not… they shouldn’t…
His thoughts kept repeating. Over and over it was Faster than the bike. He reached the mansion in no time.
The brakes screeched as he stopped abruptly. He didn’t even park properly, just left the bike carelessly and ran inside.nThe door burst open.
Jimin was sitting on the couch, casually watching TV. He looked up at the sound. “Oh, Jungkook—–” A bright smile appeared on his face as he greeted.
But it vanished instantly. The moment he saw Jungkook. The bandages. The cuts. The pale face. Jimin stood up immediately.
“Yahhh, Kook-ah! What is this? What happened?” Panic filled his voice. But Jungkook didn’t respond. Didn’t even look at him properly. “Where is samchoon?” he asked instead, his voice trembling.
Taehyung walked out of the kitchen, holding a glass of water. But the second he saw Jungkook, the glass slipped from his hand. It shattered on the floor. He didn’t mind that.
He rushed forward, to his brother.
“Hey, Jungkook! What is this, huh?” Tae asked, grabbing his arm. Jungkook shook his head, tears falling.
“Where is Jin hyung?” he asked again. His voice was filled with panic. “I asked you what happened!” Tae’s voice rose, gripping his hand tighter.
“Ania… it’s nothing. Where is Jin hyung?” Jungkook repeated, breathing heavily. “First tell me how it happened—-” tae asked again, but “Where is Jin hyung?!” Jungkook suddenly yelled. Hi voice was full of panic. He seems scared not angry.
Tae froze. Jimin stared at him, shocked. “Kook-ah…” Tae tried softly. “Where is Jin hyungie?” Jungkook repeated. Tears started falling fast.
“What is going on here?” Kim’s voice cut through the tension as he entered the house. His eyes were bloodshot. As if he hadn’t slept for days.
Jungkook turned toward him. And panic spread instantly. He took a step back. Then another. Tae noticed. Jimin noticed. Kim noticed. Jungkook lowered his gaze.
“Why are you asking for Jin?” Kim asked. Jungkook didn’t answer. Silence filled the room.
Kim sighed and started walking past him toward the stairs. He stopped when jungkook called him “Kim…” Jungkook’s voice stopped him. Kim turned slowly.
Jungkook swallowed hard, gathering all his courage. “D-does… Jin hyungie knows Suho hyungie?” Jungkook asked, his voice trembling. As suho’s name echoed, tae and jimin’s eyes grew wide. “H-he… he doesn’t know him… right?” jungkook asked. His voice full of hope. And it was shaking.
Tae and Jimin exchanged confused looks. Kim didn’t answer immediately.
“Go to your room and rest, Kook,” Kim said quietly. “Don’t ask those questions. You don’t need to know.” He turned again.
But stopped, when Jungkook spoke again. “Is… is Jin hyung searching for Suho hyungie all these years…?” Jungkook’s voice came again. Broken. Kim stopped.
Tae and Jimin looked at Jungkook, completely confused now. Kim slowly turned back. His gaze softened. Hesitant. Jungkook’s tears were falling nonstop now.
“It’s not true… right?” he asked, his voice cracking completely. “Jin hyungie isn’t searching for Suho hyungie… right?” “Kook-ah…” Kim tried.
“It’s not true, right?” Jungkook repeated, his voice desperate. “He isn’t searching for hyungie all these years… right?”
“Jungkook-ah…” Tae spoke softly. Jungkook turned to him. “Hyungie… are you all searching for…… suho hyungie?” he asked, voice trembling. “Are you all trying to find him all these years?”
Silence filled the whole mansion. The maid were looking at the scene unfold. The tension was something which this mansion never experienced.
Tae hesitated. Then slowly, he nodded. His eyes filled with tears. “Nae… We… We are searching for him for years” tae said,. slowly, careful with his words.
And that was it. Jungkook froze. Completely still. Like a statue. His mind went blank. The world around him blurred… muffled… distant.
Even his tears stopped. “Jungkook… we’ll talk tomorrow. Go and rest. You’re not in the state——” Kim started but stopped when jungkook spoke broken.
“…It was my fault…” Jungkook whispered..So low. So broken. A single tear slipped down his cheek.
Kim couldn’t speak. Guilt made him silent.
They all stood there in silence for a moment. Then, the door opened again. Jin walked in. His hands were stained with blood.
But that wasn’t what shocked them the most. His eyes. They weren’t the usual warm, joyful ones..They were… empty..Heavy..Filled with something unbearably painful.
Jin stepped inside slowly.
“hyung…” Taehyung whispered, his voice trembling as he noticed the blood. Panic rushed into his eyes. He quickly ran toward Jin and grabbed his hand.
“What happened to your hand?” Tae asked, his voice shaking.
Jin looked at him briefly. “I’m fine…” he said quietly. But his voice cracked. Then his gaze shifted..To Kim..He didn’t say anything..And then, hia eyes fell on Jungkook.
Standing there. Back facing him. “Kook-ah…” Jin called softly. His voice cracked.
Jungkook’s jaw clenched. His both hands tightened. “Kook-ah…” Jin called again. This time, his voice carried something deeper. Something broken.
“Jungkook-ah… look at me,” Jin said gently. Jungkook took a deep breath. Slowly, he turned around..But his eyes remained downcast.
“Jin, let him rest. He’s not in the state to talk—” Kim started but was firmly cut off by jin as he spoke. “I am speaking to my brother, Kim Yoonseong. Don’t come into this.”
Jin’s voice turned ice cold. The room fell silent instantly. Even Tae and Jimin froze at the tone. Jungkook didn’t move. He stood there. Emotionless. Just looking down.
“Kook-ah…” Jin called again, soft still, taking a small step closer. “Hyung will ask you just one question… hmm? Just answer me…”
Jungkook nodded slowly. Jin hesitated. His lips parted as he spoke, his voice trembling. “A… are you… are you a… are you a kille—” He couldn’t finish it.
His voice broke. Jungkook understood. Silence filled the room. Tae and jimin looked at them confused.
Jin closed his eyes for a second. Then forced himself to speak again, “Kook-ah… did you… did you k-kill someone?” The words fell heavily.
Tae and Jimin gasped. “Hyung, what the hell are you asking? How can you ask him something like that?” Tae shouted.
Jin raised his hand slightly. Silencing him. His eyes never left Jungkook.
“Tell me, Jungkook. Did you kill someone?” Jin asked again. Demanding and Firmer this time. Jungkook’s hands clenched tightly. Too tightly. Blood slowly started oozing from his injured hand.
Then, He took a deep breath. And nodded.
Tae froze. Jimin covered his mouth in shock.
“Jungkook, what the hell are you saying?” asked, shaking him. But Jungkook didn’t react. He didn’t move. His eyes had no emotions.
Jin’s eyes turned red. He swallowed hard. He tried his best to control himself from breaking out. His eyes were shining with tears.
“B-by chachance… did you… did you kill S-suho…. S-suho h-hyungie?” Jin asked, his voice barely holding together. Tae’s grip loosened instantly. His hand dropped. Jimin felt like his world had stopped.
They didnt expect that question.
“Jin, fucking stop this. You talk to me, not him!” Kim shouted.
“I AM TALKING TO JUNGKOOK. SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH, KIM YOONSEONG!” Jin roared.
Tae and jimin flinched at that, jungkook felt his chest tighten. The maid flinched hard as well. It was their first time seeing jin this anger. The room trembled in silence again.
Jin looked back at Jungkook. His soft gaze was gone now. “Did. You. Kill. Suho. Hyung?” he asked, each word sharp and cold.
Jungkook’s hands trembled. He bit his lips. Trying to hold himself on.
Tae and Jimin stared at him. Waiting.
Jungkook took a deep breath and spoke. “I… I… I killed him…” he said, nodding. Tae’s tears fell instantly. Jimin gasped, unable to process it.
Jin stood still. Completely still. “I… I killed him f-four years ago…” Jungkook said, looking into jin’s eyes.
Jin looked into his eyes. A tear slipped down on his eyes, fianlly. A single drop said more.
“You killed him…” he whispered. His voice trembled.
He stepped back slowly, One step. Then another. And another He turned to leave.
But suddenly, a hand grabbed his. “Hyungie…” Jungkook called softly. His injured hand was holding Jin’s wrist.
Jin’s expression hardened instantly. He didn’t even look back, He clenched his jaw. “Don’t.” He jerked his hand away harshly. And walked out..Fast.
Without looking back. Jungkook stood there, staring at his empty hand. Then, a loud sob broke the silence.
He turned. Taehyung had collapsed to the floor. Crying uncontrollably. Jimin sat frozen on the couch. His eyes dry. Completely blank. Kim stood there.
Head lowered. Silent.
“You killed him…” Jin’s voice echoed in Jungkook’s mind. Again. And again.
Jungkook looked around. The maids were staring at him like he was a disgusting person. Jungkook slowly started walking. Out of the house.
Each step felt heavier than the last. Behind him, Tae’s heart-wrenching cries echoed. But he didn’t stop. “I killed him… I killed him…” Jungkook kept mumbling under his breath. He walked aimlessly on the road. No direction. No destination.
Only one thing echoing louder with every step, “You. Killed. Him.” the three words said by jin kept ringing.
